Account Opening and User Eligibility

We require all artis users to complete account verification through Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures. During registration, you provide your email, create a secure password, and upload government-issued identification (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) along with proof of address. Our verification team reviews your documents within a few hours. You must not provide false information or use someone else's identity. Accounts found to violate this condition are subject to immediate closure and fund forfeiture.

On artis, you agree that you access our platform only where local law permits and that you are personally responsible for verifying compliance with your jurisdiction's regulations. We do not verify user location automatically—you undertake to use artis only in supported regions. Accounts accessed from prohibited jurisdictions may be suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

artis accepts deposits via QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method. When you deposit on artis, funds appear in your account immediately and are available for gaming, sportsbook betting, or live-dealer play. We do not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may levy charges.

To withdraw from artis, you must request a withdrawal through your account menu. We send a verification code to your registered phone; you must enter it to confirm. Withdrawals to e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically complete within subject to verification. User Conduct and Account Suspension

If we detect such conduct, we suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance.

You also agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access artis services. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate this condition. On artis, you are individually liable for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or fraud, contact our support team immediately via email or in-app chat.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Notice

If you have a dispute with artis regarding your account, bets, or any transaction, contact our support team. We resolve most disputes within 7 business days. Provide full details of the issue, screenshots, bet IDs, and any relevant transaction records. Our team reviews your case and responds with a resolution or explanation.

artis operates in supported jurisdictions only. We do not offer services in regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Users accessing artis from prohibited jurisdictions do so at their own risk; we are not liable for account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from unauthorized access. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which artis is licensed and operated. Any legal action related to artis must be brought in that jurisdiction's courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on artis. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may close your artis account and request withdrawal of your balance subject to our standard review procedures.

Data Handling and Account Security

At artis, we protect your personal data using industry-standard SSL encryption. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted and unreadable to third parties. Your password is hashed in our database—we never store plaintext passwords. We enable two-factor authentication (2FA) during account setup to add an extra security layer. Enable 2FA to require a code from your authenticator app or SMS during each login.

We collect your personal data (email, ID documents, address, payment method) solely to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, and provide customer support.
